Giulio Cocchi, the boutique winery in Asti, Italy from 1891, boasts a fine tradition in the production of classic Italian aperitifs with a wine that, for over 120 years, carries a  reputation of Cocchi quality worldwide.

Throughout its history, Giulio Cocchi has used the aperitif wine Americano profile to highlight the fine aromatic grapes of Piemonte. Here the Brachetto d’Acqui wine base provides this white rose rich berry notes as the famous sparkling wine of the same variety, while a traditional bitter base with ginger provides a rounder profile.
