This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Gamay inspired by the Touraine red blends from France’s Loire Valley that are centered around Gamay Noir. It's clean, medium-bodied, and fresh with lovely balance, mouthwatering acidity, and earthy tannins. The rustic palate gives you flavors of dark cherry, plum, cranberry, raspberry, cocoa powder, clove, basil, and roasted bell pepper. Serve slightly chilled with pasta; spicy, Asian dishes; brick oven pizza; and kabobs.
