Sean Thackrey & Co Pleiades XXXI

Each component is crafted and aged in small quantities by traditional Thackrey artisanal practices. We produce premium single-sourced varietal wines, then age them individually before blending them into the final composition. Sangiovese, Tempranillo, Carignane, Pinot Noir, Viongier, and Petite Sirah all play a role in this performance. 

Fragrant and voluptuous when first released, it will become far more subtle and complex with age, as of course, we all will: but such restraint may be too much to ask. When first opened, perfumed dark fruits fill your glass and are followed by a brightly focused core of red berries, baking spice, and juicy acidity. A wine truly more significant than the sum of its parts eternally varied in composition but always tasting as Pleiades should.
